A breakage deposit of $75 is required for both the Cottage and English Country Teas. A breakage deposit of $150 is required for the Manor and Palace Teas. This deposit will be required at time of delivery. If all pieces are returned to C&C without damage, you will be refunded your deposit in full. In the event of loss, damage or breakage, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost for items of similar quality, make and condition. Should this be the case, C&C will provide receipts for replaced items. C&C will reimburse you for the remainder of the deposit (minus the amount used for replacement). If the total cost of replacement is larger than the breakage deposit, you will be responsible for the difference.

At the time of booking, a 50% deposit will be required. The balance of the rental fee and breakage deposit will be required at delivery. If you must cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your event. You will relinquish the right to the 50% deposit but you will not be charged in full. If you have to cancel 6 days (or less) prior to your event you will be charged the full rental fee.

Please DO NOT WASH rental items, it increases your chance of damage. We hand wash all of our tea ware.
